Prior to joining FBN, we looked at books and spoken to advisors on family business, and the advice was logical but didn't resonate.

Concurrently, the family also gets to have fun and learn together.
In COMPASS which I have been a part of for over 10 years, we work together in small teams and exercise peer leadership for our group. Through the core principles of Confidentiality, Commitment, Protocol and Meeting Structure, it has allowed my group True North to nourish and flourish. A rising tide lifts all boats and this has allowed me to develop mentally, emotionally, relationally and spiritually.
