DR VINCENT CHIANDIRECTOR, FAIRVIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL GROUP
Dr Vincent Chian is a medical graduate from Manchester University and a former Psychiatry Registrar. In 2009, he joined his family business started by his father 30 years ago, which own, operate, and manage five international schools in Malaysia offering the International Baccalaureate programme to more than 2,500 students.

Dr Vincent is actively involved with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma programme and manages the IT infrastructure at the group. Under his leadership, his students have achieved a dazzling average score of 37 out of 45 points. As IB Diploma programmes are the most expensive pre-university programme, Dr Vincent set up a scholarship fund that provides more than RM 2 million each year for deserving children to take the IB Diploma programme at Fairview. This is the largest private IB Diploma scholarship in Malaysia. His other interests include setting up a unique skills development programme at Fairview as well as educational technology.

Vincent is also a graduate of the Tsinghua-Insead Executive MBA programme.
