Jerry Lim, a third generation family steward, is the first among his cohort of 11 cousins to join his family business in 2002. He was schooled in Australia and graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Economics in 2000.

His wealth of experience includes external working experience with OCBC Bank in year 2001 and the Restaurant Association of Singapore in year 2007. His first appointment with the company was as Business Development Executive. His portfolio then, included overseeing the operational aspects of the Jack’s Place outlets when he spearheaded the company’s regional expansion to Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur.

He was also the Honoree for the Spirit of Enterprise Award 2004 and is a board member with Family Business Network Asia. An active National Serviceman, he holds the rank of Captain. Being a believer of life-long learning, he is currently pursuing his Executive MBA with Nanyang Business School. Now based in Singapore, he was recently redesignated from being a Chief Corporate Officer to the role of Chief Operating Officer responsible for the restaurants’ division for JP Pepperdine Group Pte Ltd.
