Take in a breath of fresh mountain air…

when you join us for FBN Asia Learning Journey to Cameron Highlands in Malaysia, at 5,000 ft above sea level.

Led by Dato’ Loy Teik Ngan and his committee members, you will be welcomed by Ms Caroline Russell, the grand-daughter of J A Russell, who transformed steep jungle slopes into the first Highlands tea garden in Malaysia in 1929.  Today, the Boh Plantations remains the leading tea grower in Malaysia and is one of a few vertically-integrated tea companies in the world.

Sip a fragrant cup of BOH tea…

as you get into conversation with the Russell family. To trace the history of Boh Plantations is to have a lesson on the economic and industrial development of Malaysia (then Malaya) over the last 100 years. Learn how an intrepid European family journeyed to Malaysia, and through its entrepreneurial spirit of venture, left an indelible mark on the country in its BOH tea plantations.
