Enrica Sighinolfi, 29, is part of the Founding Team of Opportunity Network, the exclusive business community for CEOs and HNWIs to connect to trustworthy business partners. Opportunity Network includes around 14,000 CEOs from 128 countries and hosts an overall deal flow of $40B on its business match-making platform.

At Opportunity Network Ms. Sighinolfi is responsible for the company’s culture both internally as Chief People Officer and externally by leading the Global Communications area. Under her responsibility, Opportunity Network has grown from a team of 4 to nearly 80 employees spread in over 25 countries and with over 30 different nationalities and has received global press coverage including publications of the likes of the Financial Times, Forbes, and CNBC.

Before Opportunity Network, Ms. Sighinolfi worked for Boston Consulting Group where she contributed to strategic and organisational projects, including the first Strategic Plan to increase tourism in Italy that BCG did pro bono in 2012 for Mr. Monti’s Government. Ms. Sighinolfi graduated cum laude in General Management (Finance major) from Rome’s LUISS Guido Carli University after attending as an
exchange student the ESCP Europe’s Diplôme Grande Ecole. Art passionate, Ms. Sighinolfi holds also an M.A. in History of Art & the Art Market from Christie’s and worked at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York.

Ms. Sighinolfi is part of the Global Shapers of the World Economic Forum as well as of the WEF’s Expert Network in the area of “Employment and Skills”. Ms. Sighinolfi has been included among the Women of Note by the Wall Street Journal, is part of the Forbes’ HR Council, and actively mentors college students through the Future Leaders Foundation and Mentors4U.
